Zo, terug bij het beginpunt Puerta Vallarta met zijn prachtige boulevard langs de kust, opgeluisterd door kunstwerken. Lekker helemaal afgewandeld , ergens lekker gegeten en ondertussen het kleurige straatbeeld bekeken. zalig! Hierbij geluk gehad dat er een kleurrijk optreden was van indianen. Zo een mariachi band is het absolute einde, je krijgt er echt kippevel van. Einde van een geweldige vakantie! .

Om 9u15 de taxi richting Barra Navidad waar onze boottocht zou beginnen en onze bootsman stond ons al op te wachten. Snel nog wat water inslaan en weg waren we, de stille oceaan op. Die oceaan is trouwens niet zo stil, vooral in de nacht maken de golven een hels lawaai. Het zijn soms echt knallen als ze te pletter slaan op het strand. Hebben we moeten bijstellen omdat ze hier eind vorig jaar alle restaurants en verpozingsplaatsen hebben afgebroken. De boottocht voerde ons enerzij.
